Ashley Marie Smith, 30, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, December 2, 2017. She was born October 12, 1987.
She leaves behind her loving daughter, Mariah LaFlamme, her mother, Cathleen Smith, sisters; Carrie Crockett, Amy Adams, Tara Brooks, Tonya and Nicole Smith, brothers; Devin and Dylan Smith, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Lenard Crockett and grandparents; Ernest and Celia Mason.
She absolutely loved her family, they were everything to her. She enjoyed cookouts, all holidays, sunflowers, Mickey Mouse, Penguins and owls.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 13, at 3:30PM at the Harvest Chapel, 39 Matteson St., Fredonia, NY.
