Kenneth A. Wojcinski

Kenneth A. Wojcinski, of Dunkirk, N.Y. passed away at home with his family by his side on February 22, 2018 due to complications from Lewy Body Dementia.

Beloved husband for 45 years of Roseann Klajbor Wojcinski, loving father of Perpetua (David Sandman) Wojcinski of Vail, Co, Jessica (Chris) Clark of Eden, N.Y., Katrina (Kraig) Richerson of Stockton, N.Y., Michiah (Jaclyn) Wojcinski of Fredonia and Mikalena (Nathan Slate) Wojcinski of Fredonia, N.Y. “Gumpy” will be greatly missed by his grandchildren Kaelyn and Klara Richerson, Liam and Ciara Clark, Zeah, Izak and Cora Wojcinski and Jedrik Wojcinski. Also surviving are his sisters Susan (Michael) Weaver, Janet (Ron) Balzer and Pamela (Barry) Edwards, and several cousins, nieces and nephews.

He was pre deceased by his parents Arthur and Esther Wojcinski.

Ken was a class of ’66 graduate of Dunkirk H.S. He retired from Red Wing/Carriage House after working there for 47 years.

Ken loved music, his ’66 yellow Barracuda and being with family and friends. Towards the end his dogs, Tookie, Sassy and Darby never left his side.

All will remember his great sense of humor, quick wit and willingness to lend a hand or an ear, and his hugs!

A Celebration of Life will be Sunday, March 4, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Kosciuszko Club (Dog house).

Ken was always thinking of others and has donated his body to the University of Buffalo.
