Raymond Woodward

Raymond Woodward died at the age of 87 on March 10, 2018 surrounded by his family and loving wife Lois Woodward.

Ray and Lois have resided at Autumn View in Hamburg for the past three years. Before moving into assisted living they lived in the village of Forestville, in a beautiful home built by their family.

Ray is survived by his wife of 69 years Lois Woodward and his Children. Tom and Carol Woodward, Jan and Joe Dolce, Tamara

and Mark Manly, Scott Woodward, Doug Woodward, and Linda and Paul Hill. He was also the proud Grandfather to 13 Grand children and 17 Great Grandchildren.

Ray owned and loved The Dozen Acre Farm on Old Main Rd in Silver Creek, where he worked and raised his family. He sold his farm and moved south where he worked construction for many years. Ray and Lois moved back North ten years ago.

Ray will always be remembered for his kind heart, sense of humor, love of fishing, camping, and country western music. And of course his Werther’s candies always in his pocket.

Ray selflessly donated his body to medical research. There will be a memorial service held for friends and family later this year.
