Irene P. Little

A lifelong area resident she was born May 30, 1940 in Dunkirk, NY, the daughter of the late Frank and Dorothy Rutkowski Panek.

Irene was a graduate of Dunkirk High School. She enjoyed her family and grandchildren. Irene also enjoyed traveling, especially camping having traveled to all 49 states in the continental U.S.

Surviving are her husband Stephen Little, whom she married October 3, 1970 in Brocton; three children: Cathy (Jim) Kahle of Gerry, Julie (Chris) Tate of Eden, NY, Mike (Heidi) Little of Falconer; five grandchildren: Charlie and Danny Tate, Ethan and Alex Kahle, Brodie Little; three sisters: Carole Schiller of Dunkirk, Mary Ann (Edward) Eaker of Dunkirk, Jean Lanphere of Brocton; a brother Jack (Marilyn) Panek of Dunkirk and several nieces and nephews.

Irene’s wishes were to have no funeral service or visitation. Burial will be in Valley View Cemetery, Ellington.
