Guy E. Burdick Sr.
CHAUTAUQUA — Guy E. Burdick Sr., 90, of Chautauqua, NY, died Dec. 22, 2017 at his home, with family by his side.
He was born April 27, 1927 in Westfield, the son of the late Wilbur and Irene Inwood Burdick.
A memorial service with military honors will be held on July 2, 2018 at 10 a.m. at the Freay Funeral Home in Mayville. The Rev. Dan Prewitt will officiate. Memorials can be made to the Chautauqua Fire Department, PO Box F, Chautauqua, NY 14722.
