Jean Suraf

She was born December 12, 1932 in Buffalo, NY the daughter of the late Carl and Edna (Heinz) Steffen.

On August 9,1952 she married Donald Suraf who predeceased her on October 9, 2011.

Mrs. Suraf worked for many years at the Gowanda and Cleveland Hill Central Schools. She was a member of the Collins Art Club.

She is survived by threesons Daniel (Roberta) Suraf of Dunkirk, NY, Wesley (Diane) Suraf and Mark (Susan) Suraf both of Perrysburg, NY and six grandchildren Adam, Jeremy, Steven, Jeffrey, Jessica and Brian and seven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Besides her loving husband she is predeceased by a brother Norbert Steffen and a sister Corrine Stutz.

There will be no prior visitation and a private family service will be held.

Burial will be in Versailles Cemetery.

Memorials May be made to the Versailles Vol. Fire Department.
