Our beloved mother Linda M. Rodgers joined her parents October 11, 2018.

This special lady worked at Brooks Memorial Hospital for over 20 years as a Safety Maintenance Clerk from where she retired.

A past member of the Moose Club, Frank Aquiva Club, Kosciuszko Club, VFW Post #1017, Columbus Club, Marine Corp Club, Dom Polski Club and was the proud daughter of BPOE Exalted Ruler of Elks #89.

She was an avid NASCAR fan and a Buffalo Bills fan, and you could find her any Sunday at the Filmore enjoying a cold beer with friends Joanne, Rusty and Beth.

The only daughter of the late Donald and Betty (Newton) Rodgers, she had four daughters of her own that gave her 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Best mommy to her daughters and best grandma and nana to her grandchildren, she completely enjoyed these roles, especially with her grandchildren as they were her pride and joy.

She was a fierce fighter and devoted mother to her daughters and they all live in her image.

Relatives and friends are welcome to call Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the R. Mackowiak Funeral Home Inc., 56 East Doughty Street in Dunkirk, where funeral services will be held Tuesday morning at 10 a.m. Interment will be in Willowbrook Park Cemetery.
