(Kiefer) Kibler. Norm retired from WNYDDSO, his previous state employment included working for North Collins Water Dept. Norm was an exempt member of the North Collins Vol Fire

Dept, he enjoyed hunting and fishing. Survivors include Marie Killock who he has been together with for past 21 years. Children Steven R. Kibler of N. C. And Lynn (Robert) Lough of North

Collins; Grandchildren Fredrick (Sarah) Ring, Jacob Ring, Shaun Lough, Eric Lough, Stephanie

Lough and Bryan Kibler. Great Grandchildren Lance and Elisabeth Lough. Norm is also survived by Marie’s children Christopher Killock (his son Gavin) and Rodney Killock (his children Jayden and Alyssa) along with 3 brothers Ronald of Fla., Richard (MaryJane) Kibler of Gowanda and Wilford (JoAnn) Kibler of Collins and a sister Elisabeth Gourley. Several nieces and nephews also survive . Besides his parents Norm was preceded in death by a grandson Jason

E. Ring and a brother Robert Kibler. A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday December

29, 2018 at 11am from St. Joseph’s RC Church East Main St. Gowanda. (please assemble at church) Memorials, if desired , memorials may be made to a local charity of ones choice .
