WESTFIELD – Lt. Col. Melvin L. Allen, USAF, Ret., age 86, of Westfield, passed away on Tuesday, May 21, 2019, at St. Vincent Hospital of Erie, PA, following a brief illness. Friends may call from 6 – 8 p.m. on Friday, May 24, 2019 at the MASON Funeral Home, 37 Clinton St., Westfield and are invited to attend the Funeral Service on Saturday morning, May 25, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church of Westfield.
