Jo Ann Cavender

Jo Ann attended Dupoint High School in Dupoint, W. VA. Jo Ann was a Chautauqua County resident since 1953. She was employed at Heritage Village in Gerry, NY from 1983-1996 as a nurses aide and had also worked as a home care nurse.

Jo Ann was the wife of the late Luther E. Cavender, who passed away on February 10, 1993.

Jo Ann is survived by her daughters Irene Marie (Clifford) Mikula of Clymer, NY; Marcia (Robert) Crowell of Cassadaga, NY, Donna (Allen) Tripp of Bell, FL; sons, Luther (Christine) Cavender of Londonderry, OH, Shawn Cavender of Sinclairville, NY; Nine grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.

Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter and son-in-law, Betty and Donald Baxter and granddaughter, Amy Crowell Ryen, also four sisters and two brothers.

Arrangements are private and will be announced by the family.
