Madeline Aurora Danger Shinners

Madeline was the beloved infant daughter of Dan Shinners and Jenni Patterson of Colden, NY and dear sister of Aidan, Cole, and Isabelle.

During Madeline’s ten days here on Earth she touched many lives and was deeply loved by her family. Her brave little soul fought as hard as she could.

She is survived by her grandparents, Doug & Jo Ann Patterson (Papa & Nana), of Portland, NY and George & Mary Shinners (Papa & Grammie), of South Buffalo, NY, as well as her aunt Michelle Patterson (Auntie M), also of Portland. Madeline also has several great-aunts, uncles, and cousins who will miss her dearly.

Madeline was preceded in death by her maternal great-grandparents, Frank & Angeline Scaccia and V.C. & Ruth Patterson and her paternal great-grandparents, Dan & Mary Shinners and Dan & Janet Hayes.

The Patterson & Shinners families are eternally grateful to the staff at Oishei Children’s Hospital, especially the Neonatal ICU.

The family will be receiving relatives and friends on Saturday, August 3, from 10-12 p.m. at the SIECK, MAST & LESLIE FUNERAL HOME, 250 Orchard Park Road, West Seneca 825-5205 (between Seneca St. and Potter’s Rd.) Services will follow at noon.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to The Children’s Hospital of Buffalo Foundation or Wings of Love, in Madeline’s memory.
