Charles S. St. George

Charles S. St. George, 94, of Fredonia, N. Y., died Thursday October 3, 2019 at the Chautauqua Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Charlie is survived by: his wife, Norma A. St. George; four children: Dr. Sally St. George ( Dr.Dan Wulff), Chuck (Marilyn) St. George, LuAnn (Pete) Proper and Jude St. George; grandfather of: Jessica Koloen, Dr. Joshua Bald, and Maureen St. George; Jill MacGregor, Katie St. George and Nina St. George; Jake Proper and Andrea Proper; also survived by: 11 great grandchildren, two sisters-in-law: Jean St. George and Laura Wright and several nieces and nephews; Charlie is predeceased by: twin grandsons, his siblings: Jake (late Carm) St. George, Louis (late Geraldine) St. George, Gertrude (late Charles) Pagano, Anthony (late Nancy) St. George and Sam St. George.

Visitation hours are Saturday from 7-9 pm and Sunday 2-4 and 6-8 at the LARSON-TIMKO Funeral Home, 20 Central Avenue, Fredonia, N.Y. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Anthony’s Church, (Cushing at Orchard Sts.), Fredonia, N.Y. on Monday at 10 am. (Please assemble at Church), where Military Honors, accorded by the Dunkirk Joint Veterans Council, will follow the funeral Mass. Interment will be in St. Anthony’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Charlie’s memory may be made to the Dunkirk Joint Veterans Council or the St. Anthony’s Church Building Fund.
