Romeo D. Biscaro 83, passed away on Saturday, November 16, 2019. He was born on August 31, 1936, the Son of the late Romeo and Anna Biscaro.
He was an Alumni Cardinal Mindszenty 1st, graduation class of 1954, Vietnam Veteran.
Romeo is survived by his wife of 29 years, 3 children, 9 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, 2 sisters; Anita Golubski of Dunkirk and Elaine Raczka of Forestville.
