Sylvia K. Kifer, 74, of Sinclairville, passed away Monday, Feb. 10, 2020, at her home.
Wife of William Kifer; mother of Jim Rice of Jamestown, Laurie (Jamie) Willette of Portland, Maine and Candy (Jim) O’Leary of Bloomfield; grandmother of 11; and sister of Leslie (Marilyn) Voss of Florida; stepsister of Ellen (Aaron) Blair; stepdaughter of Glen Clohecy.
A spring memorial service is being planned and will be announced by Jordan Funeral Home, Sinclairville.
