Kevin O. Rounds, age 62, of Ripley, NY, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 6, 2020 at Allegheny Gen-eral Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. He was born in West-field, NY on December 10, 1957, son of Eileen and the late Kenneth Rounds.
