BROCTON — Alan R. Campaign, 71, of Central Avenue, Brocton, formerly of Forestville, passed away Monday, May 25, 2020 at his residence.

He was born in the Town of Hanover, on Oct. 19, 1948, the son of the late Robert and Thelma (Cockburn) Campaign.

Alan graduated from Forestville Central School, class of 1969 and worked as a sales associate at Valu Home Center, Fredonia. He also previously worked as a construction tradesman for many years. Alan enjoyed woodworking, camping and traveling. He also enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Survivors include two sons: Michael Campaign of Dunkirk and Andrew Campaign of Sheridan; a step- daughter, Gina Valone; a brother, Wayne (Teresa) Campaign of Texas; and a sister, Claudia (Bruce) Bowker of Amaragosa Valley, Nev. Also surviving are many grandchildren, great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by a baby brother, Richard Campaign; and a granddaughter, Christin Tibbetts.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Time and place to be announced.
