Carmen W. Cheney, 97 of Sinclairville, passed away July 25, 2020. Wife of the late George Richard “Dick” Cheney; mother of the Rev. Carmen Rae (Dwight) Seufert, Richard (Patty) Cheney, Jayne (John Shoop) Carlson, Carol (Peter) Snyder and Grace M. Olson; foster mother of Barbara (Morris) Chase and Judy (Alan) Emmons. Visitation 4-6 p.m. Thursday in Jordan Funeral Home, Sinclairville. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Lakeside Cemetery, Ham-burg.
