Jonathan E. Davis

He was born August 26, 1951 in Siloam Springs, Ark. the son of the late Owen and Lillian (Guitson) Davis.

On January 13, 1973, he married the former Loretta Hausser who survives.

Mr. Davis was a Vietnam War Veteran serving in the U.S. Navy. He worked as the Warehouse Manager at Gramco in Springville, N.Y.He was a member of the Gowanda Rifle Club, First Baptist Church in Eden, N.Y., Gowanda American Legion Post #409 and was an avid outdoorsman.

Besides his loving wife of 47 years he is survived by two sons Joshua (Jennifer) Davis of Columbia, S.C. and Jeremiah Davis of Lakeview, N.Y. and two grandchildren, Anna and Evelyn. Also surviving are two sister in laws Katherine Davis of Perrysburg, N.Y. and Beverly Nenno of Lakeview, N.Y. and nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by two brothers Garth and Bryan Davis.

Graveside Services with Military Honors will be held on Sunday July 19, 2020 at 2 p.m. at Pine Grove Cemetery in Gowanda, N.Y.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of the donors choice.
