FREDONIA – Timothy J. Vogt, 31, of Fredonia and formerly Southwestern, passed way unexpectedly on July 18, 2020.

He was born June 25, 1989 in Dunkirk, N.Y. the son of Janice Vogt.

Timothy was a graduate of Fredonia High School class of 2007. He then went on to graduate, with a degree from Jamestown Community College. Tim worked tirelessly to help build and shape a local business, Agricultural Logistics, where he served as the Vice President and Head of Operations with The AG Team in Dunkirk, N.Y.

Tim was a health and fitness enthusiast spending a lot of his time working out, at his favorite local gym, and going for long walks and riding bikes with his wife, Kristen, around town. Tim was an active individual who enjoyed playing volleyball & ultimate frisbee on local community teams. Most of all he loved spending time with his wife and close friends, Jacob & Keilen Sam, Edwin & Kaylee Lacen, and Christopher & Jennifer Scott. Tim was known for his hard work ethic, great business sense and wonderful sense of humor. He was an intellectual with a big heart and love for life.

Timothy is survived by his loving wife Kristen (Finch) Vogt, whom he married June 1, 2019 in Frewsburg N.Y.; their unborn child; his mother, Janice Vogt of Dunkirk, N.Y.; two aunts: Janie Sager of Ashville, N.Y., and Judy Sobilo of Dunkirk, N.Y.; two uncles: Jack Vogt Jr. of Jamestown, N.Y., and James Vogt of Jamestown, N.Y.

He was preceded in death by his daughter Annie Marie Vogt, whom welcomed him home to Heaven with widespread arms; his uncle, Jeffery Vogt of Ashville, N.Y., and by his paternal grandparents Jack & Regina Vogt.

Visitation will be held at LARSON-TIMKO Funeral Home, 20 Central Avenue, Fredonia, N.Y., on Wednesday, July 22, 2020 from 4:30-6:30 p.m. Funeral services will be private. Due to New York State COVID-19 regulations, capacity of the funeral home is limited. Please expect delays. COVID-19 restrictions will be enforced. Please wear a mask and maintain six feet social distancing.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made for his baby arriving in January to the “In Memory of Timothy Vogt” trust fund at Cattaraugus County Bank, 1165 Main Street, Dunkirk N.Y., 14048.
