Robert J. Corbin

He was born Jan. 16, 1969, in Irving, N.Y., the son of James M. Corbin Sr. of Eden and Linda May (Sickau) Corbin of Dunkirk.

Robert had worked as an auto mechanic for various businesses in the area.

Besides his parents, he is survived by his loving wife, Penny Dilt of Silver Creek; two daughters: Karin (Kevin) Gruber and Candice (Andrew) Preischel, both of Eden; three sons: Devin Trautwein of Buffalo, and Michael Corbin and Robert Corbin, both of Knoxville, Tenn,; one brother, James M. (Joleen McWilson) Corbin Jr. of Dunkirk; one sister, Tammy (Dale) Stresing of Dunkirk; two step-children: Michael (Holly Taber) Fisher of Dunkirk and James (Nici) Krupa of Forestville; five grandchildren, Casey, Connor, Autumn, Allyson, and Wilbur; canine companion, Buddy; and nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grand-parents, Richard and Sheila (Lewis) Sickau and paternal grandparents, Manley and Phillis (Remington) Corbin.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date. Flowers gratefully declined.
