Patricia O’Hara Bradley

Patricia O’Hara Bradley, 73, of Milliken, Colo., passed away Monday, Aug. 24, 2020, with her daughter and son-in-law at her side.

She was born Feb. 2, 1947, in Dunkirk, N.Y., and was the daughter of the late Patrick and Lucy (Lazarony) O’Hara.

She is survived by her daughter, Rebecca Wallis Webster and her son-in-law, Rex Wallis Webster.

Patricia was born in Dunkirk, N.Y., and attended Fredonia High School graduating in 1965. She then worked for the federal government in Washington, D.C., attaining 30 years of service within the U.S. House of Representatives, ending her career as personal assistant to the Honorable Charles Rangel of New York. During that time, she resided mainly in the Northern Virginia area.

Following retirement she returned to Fredonia and remained there until September 2019, when she moved to Colorado to live with her daughter and son-in-law.

Patricia belonged to and was active in St. Anthony’s Roman Catholic Church in Fredonia. Hobbies included devotion to her beloved New York Yankees, bowling, reading, quilting, crocheting, daily crossword puzzles, casinos,and family and friends.

She is further survived by sister, Kathleen O’Hara of Ocean City, Md.; brother, Harry and (Christine) O’Hara and sister, Carol O’Hara Bradley, both of Fredonia, N.Y.

She was recently predeceased by her sister, Merry O’Hara Ivory in July of 2020. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.

Following the guidelines and protocols administered by the governor of New York, a memorial Mass will be celebrated Saturday, Sept. 12, 2020, at 10 a.m. in St. Anthony’s Church, Fredonia.
