Robert W. Torrance Jr., 62, of Dunkirk, died unexpectedly, Sunday, Sept 13, 2020, at home. Following the guidelines and protocals administered by the governor of New York, relatives and friends may call Thurs-day from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., at the R. Mackowiak Funeral Home Inc. where funeral services will be held Friday morning at 10 a.m. Flowers are gratefully declined. Memorials can be made to the Lake Shore Humane Society, 431 E.
