Willie Neallard Jr., 75, of Dunkirk, died Monday morning (Sept. 14, 2020) at Mercy Hospital in Buffalo.
Following the guidelines and protocols administered by the governor of New York, family and friends may call Friday, Sept. 18, 2020, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., at the McGraw-Kowal Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, Sept. 19, at 11 a.m. in the funeral home. Pastor Early G. Waller will officiate.
