Linda Leigh (Richardson) Korzenski

Born in Buffalo, NY, on Feb. 18, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Carol (Richardson) and Stanley Fafinski.

Linda was raised in Dunkirk. On Oct. 12, 1963, she married Daniel A. Korzenski. They were married for 39 years before his death in 2002.

Linda was a homemaker while she raised her children, then worked in a local dentist office, until her health prohibited it.

She was an Elvis fan, and enjoyed collecting teapots and porcelain dolls.

Linda is survived by her children: Danny (Karlene) Korzenski of Sheridan, N.Y., Scott (Jodie) Korzenski and Lisa (John) Forbes of Dunkirk, and Michael (Christine Hickey) Korzenski PhD of Bethel, Conn. She is also survived by her beloved grandchildren: Keilen (Jacob) Sam, Sean Korzenski, Jack Forbes and Scott Korzenski, and great-grandchild: Sean Avery Korzenski; brothers: Tom Fafinski and Jim (Carolyn) Fafinski; and nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents and husband, she was predeceased by brother, Robert Fafinski.

Linda chose to donate her body, as her parents did, to the University at Buffalo Anatomical Gift Program.

Due to current restrictions, the family will not be holding a public gathering at this time for Linda.
