Richard J. ”Dick” Abram

He was born in Fredonia to Clarence and Evaline (McGrath) Abram, one of nine children. After serving in the U.S. Army and teaching at Lake Shore Central Middle School, he relished life on the farm, loving his family, his friends, and his animals. He was predeceased by his parents and by siblings: Jack, Mary, Bev, Bill, Don and Bud.

He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth; his daughter, Susan Abram (Alan Kowlowitz; grand-daughters: Caitlin Abram (Ryan Hennessy) and Jenica Abram (David Kim); and great-grandson, Jules. In addition, he is survived by siblings: David and Kathleen: three sisters-in- laws; one brother-in-law; one cousin; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
