Stephanie Munson

Stephanie, formerly of Dunkirk, N.Y. had a 17 year career with Cornell University Press. She truly enjoyed spending time with her family, whether it was going fishing, or just sitting around playing games and sharing silly stories. Her joyful attitude and laughter made everyone around her smile. Anyone who was lucky enough to have known Stephanie can attest to her loving nature and sincere, genuine heart.

Stephanie was the best friend to both her sisters and was the most devoted person when it came to family and friends. She cherished her dogs, Gizmo and Piper, who were spoiled on a daily basis. Stephanie will be profoundly missed by all, but she is now in heaven with her mother Gloria.

Stephanie is survived by her father Robert Munson; sisters Raylene (Chris Longenbach) Munson and Pamela (Larry Thomason) Munson; nephews Michael and Alex Morrison; aunts, uncle and cousins. Services and interment will be private.

Mass will be held at Saint Hyacinth Church in Dunkirk at 10 a.m. Tuesday.
