James “Jim” Claude Beltz

James “Jim” Claude Beltz, 72, of Pittsfield, Pa., passed away peacefully on Monday, Jan. 18, 2021. Jim was born July 30, 1948 in Emmaus, Pa., the only son of Claude and Margret Beltz.

Jim was an U.S Army veteran, who served overseas in Germany. Upon returning to the United States, he took a job with the United States Postal Service, from which he retired.

Jim was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing and collecting antiques.

Jim never married but has two beautiful childrenL daughter, Cheryl Lorentz and son, James “Jimmy” Beltz, Jr.; and grandson, Cooper Lorentz.

Besides his parents, Claude and Margret, James was preceded in death by his son, Jimmy Beltz Jr.

Due to uncertainties with COVID-19 Pandemic, there will be no public visitation and Services will be private.

All arrangements have been entrusted to Michael R. Fantauzzi, owner and director of the FANTAUZZI FUNERAL HOME, 82 E., Main Street, Fredonia, N.Y.
