Heriberto Rodriquez Velez
Heriberto Rodriquez Velez died on May 9, 2021, in Philadelphia, Pa., following a short illness.
He was born April 25, 1976 in Utiado, Puerto Rico, to the late Elba Velez and Miguel Rodriquez.
He is survived by his wife, Jeannette Vargas, a daughter, Jinneria Rodriquez Vargas and son, Heriberto Rodriquez Vargas, all of Fredonia, NY. Heriberto is further survived by his niece, Annittzza Montro; three grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
His funeral service will be held at 1 p.m., on Monday, May 17, 2021, at the FANTAUZZI FUNERAL HOME, 82 E. Main St. Fredonia, NY. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service and may call at the funeral home from 11 a.m.-1p.m., prior to the service.
Interment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Dunkirk, N.Y.
