Raymond “Rafty” Schrantz passed away on Dec. 28, 2020, at Brooks Hospital.
A memorial Mass will be celebrated on Friday July 23, 2021 at 5:30 p.m., at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in Dunkirk, with a celebration of life immediately following at the Dunkirk Exempt Firemen’s Club.
