Jose Amalio Sanchez, 54, of Dunkirk, N.Y., formerly of Arkwright, N.Y., passed away Thursday, Sept. 23, 2021, at UPMC Hamot due to complications of COVID-19.
Jose was a 35 year employee of Cliffstar, Cott Corp., now Refreshco. He was a motorcycle enthusiast, enjoyed wood-working. A “Jack of all trades”, Jose was very hand and could fix almost anything.
Jose is survived by: two daughters: Hayleigh and Hannah Sanchez, both of Dunkirk, N.Y.; a son, Ethan Sanchez of Dunkirk, N.Y.; a grandson, Asher Sanchez; his fiance, Tina Cooper and a stepson, Ethan Cooper; siblings:: Ed (Patty) Pryll Jr, James (Late Linda) Pryll, Sandra Waskiewicz, William (Maryann) Pryll, Pearl “Tootie”(Juan) Salgado, Mary (Kenneth) Bushman, Roxanne Pryll, Herman “Mike” Pryll, Kathy (Lisa) Miller and Luis Sanchez. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great- nieces and great-nephews, great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.
He is predeceased by his father, Luis Sanchez and his mother, Bettie DeGoiler Pryll; his brother, David Pryll; and sister-in-law, Linda Pryll.
Calling hours will be Sunday from 4-7p.m., at the LARSON-TIMKO Funeral Home, 20 Central Ave., Fredonia (Unvaccinated individuals MUST wear a mask) where a funeral service will be held Monday at 10 a.m.
