Thomas A. Nellis, 60, of Ripley, N.Y., passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday evening, Oct. 12, 2021, at the UPMC Chautauqua Hospital in Jamestown, N.Y.

He was born on Dec. 20, 1960, in Westfield, N.Y., the son of William and Helen (Lindstrom) Nellis.

Tom is survived by his parents, William and Helen Nellis of Ripley, N.Y.; a son, William (Jessica) Deloe; a daughter, Rachel Johnson of Erie, Pa; two stepdaughters: Mindy (Ted) Ratican of Roaming Shores, Ohio and Steffani Smith of Girard, Pa/; a brother, Greg (Lorrie) Nellis of Ripley, N.Y.; a sister, Ann (Jeff) Monroe of Barcelona, N.Y.; 13 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Tom was the owner and operator of Happy Trails Transportation in Ripley, N.Y

As per Tom’s wishes services will be private.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Mason Funeral Home, 37 Clinton St. Westfield, NY.
