David R. Taylor

David R. Taylor, 72, of Lakewood, formerly of Dunkirk, died Tuesday morning (Dec. 28, 2021) at UPMC Chautauqua in Jamestown. He was born Nov. 9, 1949, in Dunkirk, the son of the late Richard C. and Bettie V. (Gregory) Taylor. David served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Vietnam War from 1967-73, and had been employed as a construction worker for Local 967 in Dunkirk. A memorial service will be held in April 2022. Donations may be made to Sacred Heart Church in Lakewood, NY. Arrangements are by the McGrawKowal Funeral Home.
