David B. Cappiello

Born in Buffalo, N.Y., on June 8, 1952, the first child of the late David A. and Isabel (nee Haggerty) Cappiello.

David attended and gra-duated from Williamsville South High School in 1971 and Houghton College with a Bachelor of Art in criminal justice. David was a police officer with SUNY Fredonia College for 30 years.

He loved to spend his spare time at the local animal rescue’s, playing his guitars, avid billards player and a driving instructor for Steven’s Driving School.

David is survived by his loving children: Bonnie C. and Andrew D. Cappiello; beloved fiance, Julie Briggs; caring brother, Gregory (Josephine) Cappiello of NH; caring nephew, Anthony and niece, Olivia Cappiello; also survived by many dear friends.

Services were held on Sunday.
