Mylz David Waterman

DUNKIRK — Mylz David Waterman, 34, of Lake Shore Drive East, Dunkirk, passed away Thursday, Feb, 17, 2022, at his residence, following a valiant battle with Chron’s Disease.

He was born in Buffalo, N.Y., on Sept. 22, 1987, the son of Tammy (Hale) Seeley of Dunkirk and the late Michael D. Waterman.

Mylz was a graduate of Silver Creek Central School, class of 2005. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Iraq Campaign and was honorably discharged as a lance corporal “Hoorah,” He enjoyed spending time with his dog and family.

Survivors include his service dog, “Porkchop;” and a sister, Porscha Seeley of Forestville. Also surviving are nieces: Mercedes Mylie and Milena Lily; aunts: Cindy Hale and Lyn Kelly; uncles: Shawn Kelly Sr., Phil Hale and Claude Hale; the love of his life, Crystal Kinsey; and several cousins.

Besides his father he was predeceased by his grand parents, Claude Milton and Nola Hale.

Funeral Services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday morning from Riles & Woolley Funeral Home, 39 Main Street, Forestville, followed by military services being conducted by members of J. Carter Knapp American Legion Post 953, Forestville.
