Loving wife of Leland Hemlock. Beloved mother of Natalie Hemlock (Todd), Lance Hemlock and Leslie Hemlock Schiffert (Vince). Grandmother of Shawna Stevens-John (Adrian). Great grandmother of Hoya’daiwat, Hogaiyo and Joiise John. Sister of Myrna Jazinski, Mary Jane White and the late Betty Tripp, Ronald White, Syl-via Nicito, Edmund white, and Margaret Bledsoe. Friends may call Monday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Wentland Funeral Home 10634 Main St. (Route 62) North Collins, NY, where funeral services will be held Tuesday 9:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. from the Longhouse, Cattaraugus Seneca Territory.

Barb was a former surrogate’s court judge, tribal clerk, tribal counsellor, support services commissioner, executive assistant to the President and many other positions all for the Seneca Nation of Indians.
