Robert A. Nickerson

He was born Dec. 6, 1931, to the late Alice Pierce Derby and Reginald Nickerson.

Robert worked at George Ray Tires, Gay Mark Tire & Wheel and Foster’s Aluminum. Robert married Shirley Jane DuBois on April 9, 1955, who survives her husband. The couple had three sons.

Robert is survived by two sons: George Nickerson and Kevin Nickerson; a brother, David Derby; also survived by nieces and nephews.

He is predeceased by his twin brother, Ronald, who only lived a few days; a son, Keith James Nickerson, who died Oct. 2, 1989; his siblings: Agnes DuBois, Lawrence Nicker-son, Duane Nickerson, Reginald Nickerson Jr., Alton Nickerson, Ronald Nickerson and Donald Derby.

As per Robert’s wishes there will be no visitation or services.
