Nancy M. Guido

She was born October 21, 1947, in Dunkirk, the daughter of the late John and Florence (Banach) Catalano.

A retired teachers aide, Nancy worked at BOCES in Fredonia.

Nancy enjoyed reading and long walks around the point with friends. More than anything she loved traveling across the country to visit her children and grandchildren. She frequently visited Arizona, North Carolina and New York City. She also enjoyed memorable trips to Las Vegas and Fourth of July in New York City.

She was a member of Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church.

Surviving are her three children: Jodi Lynn (Christopher) Sikorski of Moyock, N.C., Keith Thomas (Michele) Guido of Scottsdale, Ariz., and Anthony John “AJ” (Joanna de Guman) Guido of New York City. She was grandmother to Christina and Luca Sikorski, Valentina Marie Guido and Chazz de Guzman Guido.

Preceded by her parents and husband, Anthony Guido, whom she married Oct. 3, 1970, and who died April 29, 2016; infant brother, Craig Catalano who died at birth.

Relatives and friends are invited to a Mss of Christian Burial Saturday, May 7, in Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church at 10 a.m. Interment will be in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
