Valerie A. Robinson

She was born in Buffalo on Feb. 17, 1957, the daughter of the late Harry W. and Margaret (Sugg) Olsen Sr.

Valerie was a graduate of Forestville Central School, class of 1976. She worked for the former Forest Lanes Bowling Alley in Forestville with her family, until it burned and then worked as a sales associate at Walmart, Fredonia, for many years. Valerie enjoyed being with her family.

Survivors include a son, Thomas (Kelsey) Robinson, of Angola; a sister, Jackie (Ken) Kerstetter; two brothers: Gerald (Sue) Olsen, Sr. and Larsen Olsen, all of Forestville. Also surviving is a grandchild, Sloane Robinson.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband. Larry J. Robinson, who died on Aug. 26, 2014′ and by three brothers: Garry Olsen, Sr., Harry Olsen Jr. and Glenn Olsen.

Services will be private and at the convenience of family.
