SILVER CREEK — Shaun I. Ellison, 40, of Silver Creek, died unexpectedly Friday, Sept. 16, 2022. He was born in Gowanda, on Oct. 19, 1981, the son of Kathleen R. (Farnsworth) Koopman of Silver Creek.
Shaun will be remembered for his good heart, humor, mischievous grin and his love of art.
Besides his mother, he is survived by a daughter, Savannah (Seth) Razo; two brothers: William (Debbie) Ellison and C. Jason (Melissa) Ellison; and a sister, Laura Leonard. Also surviving are seven nieces, one nephew, aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was predeceased by his grandmother, Kathleen (Briggs) Huffman; and an uncle, Stephen Durbin.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
The family suggests memorials may be made to the National Alliance on Mental Illness, 4301 Wilson Blvd, Ste 300, Arlington, VA 22203.
