Charles R. “Chuck” Perry passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, Dec. 20, 2022 at Brooks Memorial Hospital in Dunkirk, NY.

Friends may call at the Hole-Parker Funeral Chapel, 160 Central Ave. Silver Creek, N.Y. on Friday, Dec. 23, 2022 from 4-7 p.m., where a funeral service will be held on Saturday at 10 a.m.
