Kathleen Louise (Kahm) Stanton
Kathleen Louise (Kahm) Stanton of Fredonia, NY, passed away on Sunday, February 19, 2023 at the Chautauqua Nursing and Rehabilitation Center with her family by her side. She was born October 14, 1942 in Olean, NY, the daughter of the late Ernest Jacob Kahm and Louise Elaine Kahm. She graduated from Cardinal Mindszenty High School in 1960.
She is survived by her husband, Michael Patrick Stanton, who she married on August 2, 1974, her two sons; David Stanton (Dianna) of Moorseville, NC and Michael Stanton of Buffalo, NY, four grandchildren that she adored; Kylie Stanton, Kristen DiNoto, Sophia Stanton and Alexander Stanton. She is also survived by her brother, Ernest Kahm of Cary, NC; several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings; Barbara (Kahm) Nocek, Linda Kahm, Betty Ann Kahm, Earl Kahm and Donald Kahm.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, February 22 at the Conservation Club starting at 5 PM. Special thanks to the staff at the Chaut. Nursing & Rehab. Center for all the care she was given during her stay.
