Phyllis R. Parks
Phyllis R. Parks, 59, died on Saturday, April 8, 2023, at ECMC Hospital in Buffalo, N.Y, following a short illness.
She was the daughter of the late Betty (Monk) and Julius Mele. She was formerly from Westfield, N.Y., but resided in Ripley, N.Y.
