Messiak M. Gonzalez , 35, of Dunkirk, NY, died in Buffalo, NY, in the evening of June 16, 2023, following a long illness. He was born on Dec. 13, 1967, in Lawrence, MA, to Sandra Gonzalez of Dunkirk, NY and Samuel Barreto of Philadelphia, PA.
Messiak is survived by his brother, Samuel Barreto of Jamestown, NY and his sister, Angeljette Barreto of Dunkirk, NY. He is further survived by several nieces and nephews.
At the request of the Family, Messiak’s service will be private. All arrangements have been entrusted to Michael R. Fantauzzi, Owner and Director of the FANTAUZZI FUNERAL HOME, 82 East Main Street, Fredonia, NY.
