Richard J. Bilinski

Richard J. Bilinski, 62, of Fredonia passed away May 9, 2023. Richard (Ricky) was born in Dunkirk to Joseph and Lorraine Bilinski on November 9, 1960. Ricky graduated from Fredonia High School and worked as a truck mechanic prior to being injured in a work related accident. Arrangements for burial are incomplete at this time.
