Arlene (Farner) Samuelson

Born Aug. 4, 1941 in Gowanda the daughter of Wesley A. and Rhema A. (Allen) Farner.

Arlene retired from the former JN Adam Developmental Center where she was a Therapy Aid , she retired in 1995 after more than 25 years of service .

Survivors include her children ; Michael J. Samuelson of Leon, Patricia A. Castellano of Cherry Creek and Gale L. Leger of Gowanda. 4 grandchildren ; Steven and Kyle Samuelson , Kristen M. Heitzinger and Madison Leger, along with her siblings; Irene ( Chuck) Pfeifer, Bonnie Drodz and Alfred Farner. Arlene is also survived by her sister in-law Bridget Farner. Several nieces and nephews survive .

Besides her parents Arlene was preceded in death by brothers Wayne and Warren Farner along with sister Sharon Hull.

As per Arlene’s wishes there will be no prior visitation and the family will celebrate her passing privately .

Arrangements are by the SCHINDLER FUNERAL HOME 44 Center St., Gowanda.
