Margaret Zavora

Margaret Zavora

Margaret Zavora was released from her physical form at Roswell Park Cancer Center in Buffalo, NY, on July 5, 2023, after a valiant battle with leukemia. She was born on August 5, 1952, in Franklin, PA. She was a graduate of Waynesburg Central High School. She earned her B.A. degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Counseling, both Honors from West Virginia University. She was a specialist in Applied Kinesiology. She proceeded to complete the 4 year Doctorate of Chiropractic course at Palmer College of Chiropractic She was a specialist in Applied Kinesiology. Dr. Zavora was also a diplomate of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and was a member of the Pennsylvania Chiropractic Society, the International College of Applied Women Chiropractors. She was, for a time, an associate of the Confer Clinic of Chiropractic in Uniontown, PA. She also served on the staff of the Interval Chiropractic Clinic in Waynesburg in 1988 and 1989.

She was a devout Spiritualist.

She was predeceased by her parents, June M. (Harvey) and Casimer P. Zavora.

A devout lover of animals, Margaret leaves behind her beloved feline companions, Apricot, Ruby Jette, and Onyx. In lieu of flowers, Margaret asks that you make a donation, in her memory. To a No Kill Shelter.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at the Lily Dale Spiritualist Church on Aug. 5, 2023 at 2 PM. Reverend Ronald Skowronski will be presiding. Friends will be welcomed after the Service at the Picnic Pavilion.
