Mary Grace Lascola

Mary Grace was a graduate of Fredonia Central High School and also Bryant and Stratton. She worked for several banks as a bookkeeper and bank teller. She was also a school tax collector for a number of years. Her real passion was being a wife, mother and housekeeper. She also enjoyed her Buffalo Bills and looked forward to the football season.

Mary Grace is survived by her husband, Richard (Chico) Lascola. They recently celebrated their 55th Wedding Anniversary on July 20, 2023. She will be dearly missed by her son, Jeffrey Lascola, daughter Julie Lascola and her partner, Karen Bogdon. Mary Grace was an only child with many relatives and friends that she was close to. Close to her heart are her lifelong friends, Anthony (Nin) and Judy Marino and family as well as cousins, Ron and Diane Millonzi and family.

The Family would like to thank UPMC Presbyterian and Brooks Memorial Hospital staffs for their compassionate care.

There will be a Memorial Service held for Mary Grace at St. Anthony’s Church, 66 Cushing St., Fredonia, NY 14063, at 10 AM on Tuesday, Aug. 29, 2023. A Celebration of Life will follow at 11 AM at the Fredonia Beaver Club, 64 Prospect St., Fredonia, NY 14063.

In remembrance of Mary Grace’s life, any memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 6400 Sheridan Drive #320, Buffalo, NY 14221 or The Fredonia Fire Department, 80 West Main St., Fredonia, NY 14063.
