Genevieve J. Naruszewicz

Monday, September 4, 2023, at Brooks Memorial Hospital after a short illness.

Born in Dunkirk, August 11, 1926, daughter of the late Joseph and Sophia (Pilenski) Naruszewicz.

A graduate of Dunkirk High School and Jamestown General Hospital School of Nursing. Jenny worked at Hamot Medical Center in Erie, PA, until she retired and then worked as a private Nurse doing home health care.

Her memberships include Blessed Mary Angela Parish, the parish Rosary Society, and the Dunkirk Senior Citizens Center.

Surviving are several nieces, nephews, greatnieces and great nephews.

Preceded in addition to her parents are her long time companion Daniel Palka, and sisters Victoria Mosher, Helen Szczerbacki, Joanna Loughlin and brother Dr. Vitold Narus(zewicz).

Jenny’s life centered around her family, friends, and church.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday morning at 10 AM in Blessed Mary Angela Parish Church of St. Hedwig. Interment will be in St. Hedwig’s Cemetery.Parish Rosary Society members Please Assemble at 9:30 at the Church to recite the Rosary.
