Lester Wayne Heupel
GOWANDA — Lester Wayne Heupel, 90, a resident of Gowanda Rehab & Nursing Center, formerly of Hanover Road, Silver Creek passed away Wednesday, August 16th, 2023 at his residence following a short illness. He was born in Silver Creek on May 13, 1933, the son of the late Clarence T. and Helen (Miller) Heupel, Sr.
Survivors include a sister, Marie Dubert, of Maryland; a brother, Roger Heupel, of Florida a sister in law Kay Heupel of Amherst and ten nieces & nephews. Besides his parents he was predeceased by a brother Clarence T. Heupel, Jr.
Graveside Services will be held in Evergreen Lawn Cemetery, 12020 Angell Road, Silver Creek, Town of Hanover, Saturday, September 16th, 2023 at 10 o’clock with Jay Dubert, nephew of the deceased, officiating. Where a Fireman’s Service & Masonic Service will also be conducted.
The family suggests memorials may be made to Silver Lodge 757, F&AM, PO Box 105, 260 Central Avenue Silver Creek, NY 14136.
