Stacy L Rossow Spencer sadly passed away In her home Tuesday June 20, 2023. Stacy was born and raised in Sinclairville, New York. Stacy proceeds death by her father William (Tom) Rossow.
Leaving behind her beloved children, Darren Spencer and Leah Sue Spencer and her brother Thomas Rossow, sister, Betty (Ted) Coomes and grandchildren.
Stacy was a proud and devoted mother, sister and grandmother. Stacy resided in Sinclairville New York, but loved to travel to Florida to visit her son, as well as her sister and many friends. She was loved by so many and will be missed dearly as she touched the hearts with the ability to possess unconditional love.
Stacy, we will miss you, rest in peace your beautiful soul and watch over us from heaven until we meet again.
